- Delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is fulfilled
5. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or email once received
- Payment is by bank transfer to our Moniepoint account, confirmed via WhatsApp before shipping (card payment coming soon)
- Orders are processed only after we confirm payment has been received
6. Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return window on eligible items in their original condition. See the Delivery & Returns page for the full policy. Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned item.
8. Limitation of Liability
- SAYD HUB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the value of the order in question
- Nigerian law governs any dispute arising under these terms
