We send tracking updates directly via WhatsApp — you'll hear from us when your order ships and again when it's out for delivery.
Orders are processed Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sunday begin processing the following Monday.
We accept bank transfers to our official Moniepoint account. Payment confirmation moves your order into processing.
For bank transfers, please send payment proof via WhatsApp so we can confirm and ship your order quickly.
