  • How do I place an order?

    Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and head to checkout. We confirm your order on WhatsApp, then you pay by bank transfer to our Moniepoint account before we ship.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Bank transfer to our Moniepoint account, confirmed on WhatsApp before shipping. Card payments will be available soon — we're finalising the setup.
  • How long does delivery take?

    Abuja: 24–48 hours. Lagos: 2–3 business days. Other states: 3–5 business days. Orders are processed Monday – Saturday.
  • Do you deliver nationwide?

    Yes! We deliver to all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
  • What is your return policy?

    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition with tags intact. Message us on WhatsApp to start a return.
  • How do I track my order?

    We send tracking updates via WhatsApp — you'll get a message when your order ships and another when it's out for delivery.
  • Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

    Yes — we handle bulk fabric purchases, corporate gifting, and Aso-ebi packages. WhatsApp us with your requirements and we'll send a custom quote.
  • How do I contact customer service?

  • Are your fabrics authentic?

    Yes. Every fabric in our collection is sourced directly from trusted Nigerian and African manufacturers. We don't deal in counterfeits.
  • Do you have a physical store?

    Yes! Visit us at Shop E 0213, Apo Urban Market, Apo, Abuja. We're open Monday – Saturday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
